CAS Beauty

Well my sister was over the other weekend (for Gabryel's Birthday) and said she wanted something more simple :) I actually let her make some of her own, with stuff that I'd colored already and some that she stamped... I think she had fun :)
any way - here's what I came up with - I think that I could even swing this one layer, but these are the makeup item on it's own layer, the ovals are popped up and the just brush is flat against the card base.

Lady at work requested a card with Beers on it, something like "beers to you" - I knew I had a few of these steins left, so I colored them up & used liquid applique on the heads, cut one out & popped it up over the other one.  Stamped the sentiment with alphabet stamps I have.

Boy with Umbrella & more

So - I got a surprize package in the mail yesterday - HUGE thank you to Mary Ann - (Amaranthine on SCS) she sent me this stamp from Motivet, along with some other goodies!
I stamped him up with Memento Tuxedo black on PTI SSW, and colored with Copics - also I put paper glaze on the water, which you can't really see in the pic and sponged a little Gable Green around the circle. Inside I stamped "Water You Up To?" from my Kim Hughes Ocean Friends set ;) hehehe ~Card Recipe~

Saturday cards!

Well I put together quite a few cards yesterday & this morning.... these have all been in various stages of development ;) some totally fresh this week

This first one is Brent's favorite from all these..... I was thinking it is a more masculine feel. even with the Razzleberry. I also used some Core'dinations Chocolate Box cs, which I sanded. Some burgundy sheer ribbon & brown brads - Viola! ;) this card size is 6x3.5" (fits the "regular" envelope)

Here's some floraly Springy cards.... one actually Mother's Day, and the rest could fit the bill I think :)

This Geisha one, I've had this ribbon for EVAH! :) I knew I'd need it LOL

The "dream" was stamped in Rich Razzleberry on SSW then I inked over it with Pumpkin & Rust ;)

Red Riding Hood, bringing goodies for your Birthday :)

This one the image has been laying around a WHILE, even matted on the green with the Pacific Point base picked out, just didn't seem to like anything I put with it, so went simple! I did put Paper Glaze over the umbrella and all the hearts, so that's super shiny ;)

Here's the detail on that ;)

mage; ) man I love this one! :) I saw Julie use this combo with this stamp :)

Hoe you enjoyed them! I enjoyed making them :)
