Magical Monday - Introducing Elvis

Goood Morning! This week's Free Limited Edition digital stamp is Elvis in Boots by Nina May at There's Magic in the Air. The challenge this week is an inspiration challenge, where you are given a picture of something and are to take your inspiration from that and run with it. Here's my take.....

I printed Elvis out at about 2x2.5" and colored with markers, inked the edge of the image panel with Green Galore and mounted that on a thin mat of the same. Used my Sizzix square frames die cut for the hollow squares (I think they kind of represent the shelves) used one of the inner squares for the sentiment and inked the edge of that too. Popped up the image and the sentiment on foam squares, used some dotty paper, I think it's from Fancy Pants
here's the picture we are using for inspiration.... she said including the colored frames..... I just couldn't incorporate the red... guess it didn't inspire me hehehe
So get on over to There's Magic in the Air and get your copy... they are FREE for a limited time only.... and there's the Inspiration challenge with a random prize drawing for participating as well! and stay tuned for Photo polymer stamps featuring original art by Nina May!

Leigh Ann, I love how you did this with all the squares - how clever! Your little square with the duck is great and colored so well. Wonderful job with this challenge.
